Extensive refurbishment of a four-storey town house to create 13 new one and two-bed apartments.
Works included installation of steel supports to ensure structural integrity and the installation of lifts. Welsh Housing Quality Standard and Royal National Institute of the Blind (RNIB) standard kitchen and bathrooms were installed in each apartment. Works also included design and installation of an M&E system incorporating a full sprinkler system with 3000L water tank. External areas were reconfigured to provide safe access and egress.
