Fast track expansion to increase education space to two classrooms.
Works comprised careful removal of the existing full height glazing, new concrete floors and foundations and timber frame panelised walls with K Rend rendered blockwork external skin installation of a flat roof with a SIKA waterproof membrane system. Internal works included fully fitting out the classrooms and the formation of new toilets. Externally, the play area was made good, a new palisade fence installed to match the existing and posts installed for a new sail canopy.
