Mill Close

Refurbishment and improvement works to a number of two-storey flats, semi-detached houses and a community building.

Works included M&E installations, decoration works, new sanitary ware along with the installation of new doors. External works comprised new patio areas and a tarmacadam car park. The community building was a detached single storey building located in the corner of Mill Close which consisted of a function room, kitchen, WCs, a storeroom and a laundrette. Extensive resident liaison was undertaken throughout the works.
