Design and build of a new annex to an existing occupied bungalow.
The annex comprised a single storey building including a new lounge, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and lobby to provide a residential accommodation ready for immediate occupation. As a supported living bungalow, level access thresholds and anti-ligature items were installed. Minor refurbishment works were also undertaken to the existing bungalow.
