Refurbishment of existing changing rooms and toilets, installation of a new flat roof and extensive electrical works at the community primary school.

Works included toilet refurbishment and installation of new sanitary ware to the student and staff toilets, changing room refurbishment to two separate changing rooms, ceiling replacement within the dining room area, upgraded electrical distribution boards and window replacements. We also extended and upgraded the disabled toilet facility and relocated the fire escape and created a new exit ramp. A renewal of the roof structure and coverings over both toilet areas was also carried out.
