Renovation, internal alterations, decoration and external works to a semi-detached house.

Works included strip out of the bathroom and kitchen, erection of stud walling, new ceilings, installation of a new bathroom suite. Refurbishment of bedrooms were undertaken including flooring, demolition of chimney and structural continuity of the walls. We designed and installed a new kitchen, replaced internal doors, installed needle piling and concrete raft to the existing floor level, loft and flooring insulation and decorated throughout. Externally, we replaced new fencing, installed a washing rotary line and rendered external walls.
