Planned Maintenance

Internal and external refurbishment of 12 void properties across the Telford and Wrekin district.

Works comprised clearance works and internal strip out, new plasterboard and complete replastering of properties, new internal doors and ironmongery, complete new heating system or the recommissioning of the existing heating system. We undertook partial re-wiring, installation of new kitchens and bathroom suites and complete re-decoration including new carpets and vinyl flooring throughout. Externally, new flat roofs were constructed on some properties, dry ridge detail and water sealing on some chimneys to prevent water ingress.
