Internal minor refurbishment scheme including removal of mezzanine, external redecoration and roofing works.

Works included new hot water system, renewable energy efficient lighting throughout, complete rewire of the offices and data install. Full re-decoration was undertaken inside and out together with a new kitchen, new floor finishes, external clean, air conditioning service and wash down and heavy duty painting to the warehouse floor.
