Modernisation and refurbishment of a two storey 1970’s library and community area.
Works included refurbishment of the open office area, multi-use rooms, reception area and breakout areas. A new Building Management System and panic alarm system were installed along with a new kitchen and WC facilities. Supporting our commitment to our communities, the existing furniture was upcycled to benefit local charities and reducing waste to landfill.
