Design and construction of two net zero carbon business units.
The two units comprise Unit A which is approximately 620m2 including mezzanine floor, and business units B and C which is one construction divided into two separate units and which is approximately 460m2 combined. Architectural, structural, M&E and landscaping design was undertaken by SWG from RIBA Stage 3 ensuring compliance with Building Control Regulations, Net Zero Controls and Employers Requirements.
