Demolition and rebuild of two semi-detached two-storey dwellings within a cul-de-sac.

Made up of four dwellings, the works comprised the demolition down to DPC level including asbestos removal and the erection of two timber frame structures, insulation, new floor joints and flooring, double pitched roof, drainage, external concrete staircase, windows and external doors. Decoration throughout with flooring, installation of kitchen and bathroom units including disabled user items where applicable. External works comprised paving, parking area, retaining walls and fencing.
