Internal refurbishment works to existing office facilities.
The project comprised significant upgrade and refurbishment of office spaces, canteen areas, changing rooms and toilet facilities across the site. SWG undertook asbestos removal, minor layout changes, replacement of internal finishes and fixtures, new suspended ceilings, mechanical and electrical installations, fire alarm installations and installation of FF&E. Externally we carried out drainage works, cladding works and created a new ramp.
