An internal and external refurbishment to an existing three storey Grade 2 Listed building and an extension to the rear.
Works comprised new extension to complement the existing building including roof lights, plastering, paint finishes and sheet flooring. The existing building had internal works consisting of renovation including M&E, brickwork, plastering, decoration and flooring. The roof was replaced reusing the slates, tiles and battens in sections ensuring continued weather protection to the ornate plaster ceiling and coving. We worked closely with Conservation Officers ensuring existing features and alterations were carried out in a sensitive manner.
