The works included the safe removal of asbestos material and safe disposal of the material, internal excavations, traditional phased underpinning and construction of a concrete ground floor slab. Construction also included a new insulated finished floor in screed, refixing skirting, uplifting timber first floor and relay using fillets to level floor, refix skirting and internal doors, installation of new bathroom and kitchen suite and internal decoration. External works comprised replacement of timber fencing and drain repairs.
