A full renovation project and remodelling of a community building to provide high specification office space for a global manufacturing company.

Works included the installation of M&E elements, roof lights, installation of roof and steel supports, full decoration, installation of Building Management Systems and external works. We maintained close contact with residents and businesses, together with the police and fire service, who have operational sites in the vicinity
