Bathrooms Framework
Renewal of circa 900 bathrooms for North Powys housing stock.
Works included surveys, bathroom design and colour selection with tenant input, bathroom strip out, replastering, plumbing, new flooring, electrical works, installation of sanitary ware and decoration. Separate ground floor WCs were also replaced if required. Portable toilets were provided to each household with strict programming undertaken to ensure a quick turn around of works ensuring minimal disruption.
