Refurbishment and fire safety improvements to two blocks of occupied flats.

Internal works comprised the replacement of the landings and staircases, creation of a 60-minute cupboard to house the electrical intake and main distribution boards, new intercom systems to each flat, enlarged fire door with an auto opening feature and full redecoration to communal areas. External works comprised resurfacing, replacement of timber fences, provision of level seating areas and construction of a small brick wall at Buckley House.
