Camlad House
Planned refurbishment programme to a three-storey block of eight flats and communal areas.
Works included electrical rewire, new sprinkler system, soundproofing to party wall / ceilings, fire rated partitions to communal areas and minor external works. Community benefits were delivered to Treowen Community Centre adjacent to Camlad House, with SWG undertaking improvements to the external paving leading up to and surrounding the building at no cost to the Community Centre.
