Clywedog House
Refurbishment of a three-storey block of eight flats and communal areas.
This project included a complete electrical rewire, new sprinkler system, soundproofing to party walls, ceilings and floors, fire rated partitions to communal areas and minor external works. We collaborated with the Council to identify a number of improvements to the area and we provided monetary support to aid in the creation of a communal garden for local residents.
