Alterations to the existing warehouse, office extension, drainage and service connections and external works.
Internal alterations included demolition, asbestos removal, roofing works, blocking up and formation of openings, construction of a new build office extension and external works comprising kerb installation, lighting columns and soft landings including topsoil and seed. We also installed a solar photovoltaic system and EV charging points. The sustainable urban drainage system included swales and ponds increasing biodiversity in the area.
