Dudley Council Offices

Refurbishment and improvements to the Grade 2 Listed offices located in Dudley town centre.

Works comprised new floor finishes, new suspended ceilings and decoration, M&E alterations and new installation together with replacement of outdated electrical distribution boards and panels. Additional toilets and shower facilities were installed, internal partitions were removed and the construction of new allowed the client to design suitable working spaces. New improved access facilities were completed, along with replacement roof covering and external drainage works.
