Refurbishment of services in 17 flats within a retirement and sheltered housing facility.

Works included installation of automatic doors, ramps, stairs and access to the entrances, installation of boundary railings, removal of asbestos, improvement works to the stairwell and the communal room including ramp, WC facilities, kitchen units and flooring. External works comprised repairs to retaining wall drainage, demolition of existing garage, car park surfacing, rendering and electrical installation of emergency lighting, external lighting and a fire alarm system.
