Garden refurbishment and DDA improvements to a four block of occupied single storey flats.

Works comprised excavation of earthworks to install aluminium decking, installation of a new filter drain to connect into existing surface water chamber, construction of concrete ramps up to decking level for level access of wheelchairs and mobility scooters. We installed DDA approved handrails, installed timber round top fencing 1.2m high at rear gardens with two way lockable gates, installed metal bow top fencing at side with combination lockable gate and regrading and returfing of grassed communal leisure area
