Planned maintenance works, extensive external works and communal upgrade to five blocks of occupied flats housing elderly, disabled and vulnerable residents.

The works comprised new slip resistant and waterproof path networks, new parking bays, new drainage channels and soft landscaping along with a new staircase and balustrade handrails. We undertook electrical works to the communal areas and kitchens and bathrooms of each property including smoke detectors. New front and rear communal doors were fitted, linking to the intercom system. A new community decking area and storage area for mobility scooters with charging points were also installed.
