Improvement works to the occupied dwellings and path network to aid with mobility issues.

Communal works comprised resurfacing and widening of footways, breaking out and reconstruction of existing concrete stairs, construction of ramps, general vegetation clearance and renewal of wire woven fencing. Residential adaptations included providing level access to the bungalows, installation of handrails to each property, levelling and relaying of garden slabs, patio replacement, and general external repairs.
