External and internal works to three 3-storey blocks containing four flats.

Internally, stairwells and communal areas were improved by installing fire alarm systems and mesh edge protection to handrails. Externally, we carried out improvement works including resurfacing of the estate pathways, external resin paving, landscaping of grounds and a bin store and cycle storage area. The multiple stairwells and landings benefited from new windows, resin floors, rendering, new ceilings and decoration throughout. Estate repairs were also carried out along with installing modern CCTV systems and new access doors with intercom links to the flats
