Internal alterations, works to heating installation and sympathetic Grade 2 heritage façade works at Wrexham Glyndŵr University.

Internal alterations were undertaken to offices, shop spaces and a reception area to create a new student gallery, café, shop and entrance lobby. Renewal of the heating pipework and heat-emitters throughout the building was undertaken. External works comprised external masonry and stonework repairs, including flat roof repairs and rainwater goods replacement. As the building was Grade 2 Listed, we engaged a specialist subcontractor to undertake the sympathetic restorations to the cornice and ornate timber features. Works were undertaken on a live university campus requiring close collaboration with the university estates team to ensure minimal disruption to students and staff and ensure high levels of health and safety.
