Design and construction of four luxury 4-bed detached, timber framed, high energy efficient dwellings including an enclosed tarmacadam driveway, a large garage with electric roller shutter door and EV charging points. The rear of the properties boast extensive countryside views with a natural stone footpath leading to a spacious patio through the triple bi-fold doors directly from an open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining area. The works were carried out on a greenfield site which is surrounded on three sides by occupied houses. A one way system was put in place on site for deliveries to relieve congestion to neighbouring properties.
