Renovation of a Grade 2 listed building to convert a former bank into offices and consultation rooms and the construction of an extension to accommodate new clinical rooms.

Work Details

The project, currently underway, involves removal and reinstallation of the roof, improvements to the external façade and full renovation throughout the existing building including mechanical and electrical, brickwork, plastering, decoration and flooring.

In addition, the construction of an extension under a SIKA roof, tied into the existing building included appropriate groundworks and drainage and finished internally to the Clients specification to facilitate its use for the provision of clinical services.

The works are being carried out at a town centre location adjacent to a trunk road and bordering a public thoroughfare. These factors require that close attention is paid to the sequencing of the work to avoid any disruption to traffic for the general public.
