Work Details
This project involved the refurbishment and improvement works to a number of 2-storey flats, semi detached houses and a community building located on Mill Close, Newtown.
Works included mechanical and electrical installations, decoration works, new sanitaryware along with the installation of new doors. External works comprising new patio areas and tarmacadam car park.
The community building was a detached single storey building located in the corner of Mill Close. The area consisted of function room, kitchen, toilets,
storeroom, and laundrette. Extensive resident liaison was undertaken throughout the works.
