Work Details
Work on the Welshpool Library involved the modernisation and refurbishment of a two storey 1970’s library and community area within the town centre of Welshpool.
Works included refurbishment of the open office area, multi-use rooms, reception area and breakout areas. A new Building Management System and panic alarm system were installed along with a new kitchen and WC facilities.
As work progressed, we experienced material shortages due to the impact of Covid-19 upon our supply chain. However, through excellent
collaboration with the Client we were able to resequence works and source alternative materials thereby mitigating delays to this project.

Supporting our commitment to our communities, the existing furniture was upcycled to benefit local charities and reducing waste to landfill.
