SWG has many years’ experience in working with providers of health and social care in both the private and public sectors and have delivered contracts of various types, sizes and complexity. Contracts include renovations, adaptations, groundworks and extensions.
As a result, we have a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of those who provide and those who receive health and social care services. We are also aware of the challenges of working within a ‘live’ environment whether within a hospital setting or within a service user’s own home ensuring minimal disruption to staff, patients, visitors and service users. All relevant staff engaged on such projects are trained in safeguarding and are DBS checked. SWG is committed to ensuring that people are treated with dignity and respect.
SWG have delivered extra care facilities and are fully aware of the role these types of facilities play in enabling people to live in their own home for longer providing mobility and independence.
