Planned Maintenance


SWG carry out planned maintenance, renewals, refurbishments, replacements, renovations and repair programmes for various organisations. In partnership with our customers we devise and deliver scheduled routines to enhance and maintain the integrity of their properties.

Our teams are engaged in various activities including re-roofing, bathroom and kitchen re-design and replacement, door replacement and secure access systems, external adaptations and groundworks. Scheduled re-wires, electrical inspection and testing, fire alarm testing and boiler maintenance is carried out by our SWG M&E colleagues.

Programmes of this nature can only be successfully carried out through close liaison with building occupants and users. Our dedicated liaison officers ensure all those affected are provided with clear explanatory literature describing the scope, scale and timescales of the works together with the opportunity for regular face to face contact to discuss specific concerns. We will provide regular updates as the work progresses.

Our Projects

Working with clients from these diverse sectors, we have successfully delivered high quality, multi-million-pound refurbishment and renovation contracts together with new build projects in respect of private and public sector housing, healthcare centres, hospital projects, provision of educational facilities and social care accommodation. We are also experienced in delivering projects in respect of commercial, industrial and agricultural enterprises.
