Steven Gough
Managing Director
Steve created the company as a sole trader in 2000 and has developed it into a diverse business. As MD he is responsible for the strategic direction and leads a team of experienced professionals whose focus is on meeting the customers’ expectations through routinely delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget and within a safe environment.
Julian Kirkham
Director
Julian has over 35 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, 25 of which are in Management and Director roles. He has overseen a wide variety of Construction projects from houses to hospitals. Julian is responsible for the smooth running of the Company and for all operations on our sites.


Nigel Stephens
Commercial Director
Nigel has 12 years’ experience of which 7 were spent managing high value Design and Build projects in the UK and Australia. Nigel is responsible for the financial management of projects, compiling bids for new work and, negotiating and agreeing contracts in order to maintain a consistent trajectory of growth.
Jason Morrissey
SWG M&E Director
Jason has 29 years in the electrical industry, mostly in supervisory and management roles. He manages the SWG Mechanical & Electrical division, ensuring his team have the capability to design, install and maintain installations in commercial, industrial and domestic properties.


Jacqui Gough
Director & Company Secretary
Recruited in 2010, Jacqui has progressed through the Company to her current position. She ensures the business continues to develop in accordance with the values, aims and objectives of the Company. Jacqui evaluates the current performance of the business and finds ways to help the business reach its full potential.
Shaun Humphries
Construction Director
Shaun has 28 years’ experience in all fields of the construction industry, of which 20 years were in a management role. His skills set includes quality management, value engineering, risk management, and, programme and scheduling management. Shaun is also experienced in offsite and fast-track modern methods of construction.


Sarah Priday
Senior Estimator
Sarah has 30 years’ experience in the construction industry as a Contractors QS, private practice QS and Project Manager and Estimator. Involved in a diverse portfolio of Contracts, Sarah possesses the full spectrum of experience from valuations through to final accounts, measurement and payment of Subcontractors, ordering of materials, taking-off and estimating.
Sophie Shorey
Financial Controller
Sophie is a fully qualified MAAT accountant with over 10 years’ experience in accounting. She manages our Finance Department, with specific focus on project financial control and performance. In addition, she advises the Directors about the financial implications of business decisions and contributes to the company’s financial strategy.

Charlie Samway
Health & Safety Manager
Charlie has over 30 years’ experience working on various types of projects in the Public and Private Sector and has held management positions in respect of safety, health, environment and quality assurance at both corporate and site level. Charlie leads and develops the Health and Safety management programmes and systems.
Mike Green
Customer Relationship Manager
Mike has held a number of senior positions in both Private and Public sector organisations. He has overall responsibility for ensuring Contracts reflect the requirements of the customer whilst being aligned with the aims and objectives of the Company. Mike also assists in developing strategic alliances.
