Happy New Year, happy new projects!

As we kick off a new year, here’s a quick look at some new projects due to start in or around January 2024…

Theatr Brycheiniog, Brecon, on behalf of Powys County Council

This is a very exciting project for the Brecon area! Theatr Brycheiniog is Brecon’s Centre for the Arts and opened in 1997 as the first wholly Lottery-funded new-build arts centre. It’s a fantastic facility which is in need of some improvements after nearly 27 years.

We will be undertaking essential external repair works, an upgrade of the front of house toilets, replacement of windows and doors, a complete lighting upgrade and replacement lifts – amongst other improvements.

Domino’s, Ludlow, on behalf of Private Client

We will be constructing a steel-framed commercial unit for the well-known pizza retailer, which will then be handed over to the client for fit-out.

Governor’s House, Hereford, on behalf of Herefordshire Council

Governor’s House is a Grade 2 listed building in the centre of Hereford, and we will be carrying out a range of improvements, including repairs to window frames and the roof.
