Steve created the company as a sole trader in 2000 and has developed it into a diverse business. As Managing Director, he is responsible for the strategic direction and leads a team of experienced professionals whose focus is on meeting the customers’ expectations through routinely delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget and within a safe environment.

Julian has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, 25 of which are in management and director roles. He has overseen a wide variety of construction projects from houses to hospitals. Julian is responsible for the smooth running of the Company and for all operations on our sites.

Jacqui ensures the business continues to develop in accordance with the values, aims and objectives of the Company. Jacqui evaluates the current performance of the business and finds ways to help the business reach its full potential.

Shaun has 37 years’ experience in all fields of the construction industry, of which 20 years were in a management role. His skills set includes quality management, value engineering, risk management, programme and scheduling management. Reporting directly to the Group Board, Shaun’s role is to ensure all projects are delivered successfully within programme, budget and quality parameters to meet and exceed client expectations.

Josh is responsible for managing our team of quantity surveyors, along with financial management of some projects. He reports directly to the Group Board developing and implementing commercial strategies to maintain a consistent trajectory of growth.

Sophie is responsible for our Finance Department, with a specific focus on project financial control, performance, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Group Board, she advises on financial implications of business decisions, and contributes towards the company business strategy.
